Looking for a great restaurant and relaxing atmosphere to hang out with friends or watch the game this weekend? We recently visited Pechanga Resort & Casino and Kelsey's is a prime location in Temecula! Whether you are in the mood for steak, baby back ribs, pizza, salad or maybe even a philly cheese steak or chipotle chicken Panini, Kelsey's offers an extensive menu filled with appetizers perfect for sharing, exceptional entrees and incredible desserts (we could not pass up the Windmill Mudd Pie). If you are just stopping by for a few drinks while watching the game, Kelsey's offers 16 microbrews on tap and numerous signature cocktails as well as a selection of local Temecula wines.

Feeling extremely hungry and adventurous? If you even dare to try it, the famous "Weigh-In Burger" includes a 2 ½ beef patty, 1 ½ pound sesame bun, 6 slices of your favorite cheese, ½ pound of French fries and more! Only one person has ever finished the entire meal but if you complete the task you will be properly acknowledged!

Kelsey's is the perfect spot to watch any sporting event with plasma screen televisions placed throughout the entire restaurant, both upstairs and downstairs, with one large projection screen above the oval bar in the center of the restaurant for everyone to view.

The second level of the restaurant provides you and your friends a prime location to shoot pool, relax in the plush lounge seating, watch the games on the wall-to-wall plasma screens, order the best in microbrew and draft beer from the expansive upstairs bar with the same choice of menu options as those dining in the restaurant downstairs.

We met with Chef Javier Castro who has worked at Kelsey's since it opened six years ago. He told us he continues to create and test out new menu items based on customer suggestions and popular demand. The menu is constantly evolving and Chef Javier mentioned changing the menu items approximately three times a year but also ensures us that customer favorites are available year-round.

Kelsey's is open daily at 11am and closes at 11pm, Sunday through Thursday and midnight Fridays and Saturdays.

Temecula Insider Tip: Definitely try the Spinach & Artichoke Dip paired with tortilla and flat bread chips and save room for dessert because the Windmill Mudd Pie is an absolute must!
