The Comedy Club at Pechanga, formally The Improv at Pechanga, is attracting some of the hottest comedians on the circuit, performing five nights a week with seven shows Wednesday through Saturday. We were in for a treat at this late night Friday performance with two comedians from the current season of the popular show Last Comic Standing. Eliminated just 4 days before performing at Pechanga, Maronzio Vance brought his "A" game and was hilarious. By far one of the funniest comics we've seen at the Comedy Club, we wanted to have a recount! Also performing was Roy Wood Jr. who was currently in the finals on the reality show. He had the audience rolling, with good cause, and it was obvious he's been building quite the following. Two weeks later on the season finale of Last Comic Standing Roy made it to the top three before being eliminated. Congrats on making it that far!
To many high-profile comedians, Temecula can be a bit of a haul from Los Angeles but Pechanga has done a great job bringing some of the hottest talent to the Valley to perform. For only $22 a ticket, the Comedy Club at Pechanga is an inexpensive date and doesn't have to be reserved for just birthdays and anniversaries. With exclusive VIP seating, full bar, state-of-the-art sound and lighting, plus the world-famous brick facade stage, The Comedy Club at Pechanga is one of the best entertainment venues in Southern California and awfully convenient. Tickets are available online, by calling the Pechanga Box Office at (877) 711-2WIN, at any one of the ticketing kiosks inside the casino, or in person at the Pechanga Box Office from 10am to 10pm. www.pechanga.com/comedyclub Insider's Tip: Get in line at least a half an hour early if you want to sit in the front row. If you would rather blend into the audience, take your time or request to sit in the back. The Comedy Club at Pechanga is a 300 seat venue with VIP seating and a full bar. |

When you show up a half an hour before a show at The Comedy Club at Pechanga, two things happen: 1. You get the best seats in the house and 2. You unwittingly agree to a potential ration of taunting from the night's comedians. On this particular night, the three performing comedians seemed to be in kind spirits and chose not to pick on those of us front row center...though we can't say the same for the couple celebrating their 25th anniversary. With an intimate seating capacity of only 300, no audience member is completely safe, but we guarantee you'll have a good time and a good laugh.
