Ticket holders are invited to come enjoy and judge succulent BBQ ribs prepared by four local business owners, each of whom claims their ribs are "the best ribs that will ever touch your lips".

BBQ Pork Ribs (from each contestant), Baked Beans, grilled Corn on the Cob, Red Dill Potato Salad, Pound Cake with Berries and, 1 Complementary Glass of Briar Rose Wine.
