Nothing says summer time like live music, fire pits and a backyard BBQ. Public House has an ambiance and energy that matches that feeling year-round. Old Town Temecula's very own gastro-pub blends locally grown products, wines and microbrews with a relaxing atmosphere, giving patrons a spot to relax and enjoy entertainment all at once.
At first glance, Public House can be deceiving as a bar/restaurant as it's actually an historic old house on Main Street in Old Town Temecula and appears that it would sell antiques, rather than appetizers. But upon entering, the converted restaurant takes on an entirely new feel, from the cozy inside dining area to the expansive backyard that comes alive with music and mingling. Fire pits and table seating cover the outdoor patio, and a corner stage is home to live music on the weekends. While the occasional dance party breaks out, the overall attitude is laid-back and perfect for socializing over a drink. The music isn't too loud, the people are down-to-earth and the service is always friendly.
