Bring a picnic lunch and sit out back on their tranquil patio (pets are welcome!) or enjoy their charming tasting room, either way you must not miss the complimentary olive oil tasting Mike Calabro offers at Villa Di Calabro. However, we cannot promise that you will leave empty-handed. Their wines are incredible and their olive oil is like nothing else you have tasted. Winemaker and olive oil maker, Mike Calabro, will explain just how each olive oil is produced and also offers the perfect food pairing for not only his wines but the oils as well!

Once Upon A Winery...
When you first step onto the property of Briar Rose Winery you might think you've stepped into a Brother's Grimm fairytale high in the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by authentic Snow White cottages and Cinderella's soundtrack serenading you as you enter the winery, you more accurately stepped into a true piece of Disney history, right here in Temecula. Briar Rose, named after the Grimm's version of Sleeping Beauty, is a quaint boutique winery hidden in the hills of Temecula wine country. Like the entryway waterfall which hails from the original Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland, Briar Rose is overflowing with history and charm.
